All bedding and towels are provided for and are included in the rental extra bedding and towels can be made on request.

A secure parking facility for both car and bicycle is part of the apartment with allocated parking space and garage.

From the flat you are roughly 10 minutes from the old town of Regensburg, it's a quiet residential location and with a local park.

Local services include a bus stop nearby as well as a butcher, bakery and hairdressers. Attractions include the Danube Park near the River Danube and the apartment is not far from the main autobahn connection out of the town.
